About Us

Hi We are Beth and Chris Wilson.

We wondered...is there more?  How should we raise our children and what examples will we set?  What can we teach them?  Let's start a farm.  Let's have "life" be ongoing. 

The fact that we had each other to back our dreams and make them into goals was a new concept for us.  Could we actually live a self sustained life on our land?  Could we raise our kids to be hard working and proper acting children in the time of technology?  Will we be able to grow and forage enough to feed our family?  Less processed food.  Less grocery store. The want for healthy bodies, minds, and spirits.  This is OUR journey.

We got married in Oct of  2016 and I was gifted a Bonus Daughter named Sophia.

 

With this new found want for a better quality of life, in 2017 we bought 30 acres that also has lake access.  We bought a fixer-upper; knowing that we would make it our own anyway.  We started off with a small batch of chickens and an awesome chicken tractor that my husband made. ( That was the year before we moved).

Since then we have had a Son named Elias and a few angel babies our Daughter Evelyn and another angel baby.  

 

We have three awesome English Mastiffs that we have been breeding for a few years now:  Roxy, Suzie, and MacGyver.

*Starting Over*

 This year (2021) we also had the chance to move to an even bigger property. A Family home with 70 acres.

​

 Along with growing our family, we are working towards a you pick flower bed and flower bar, bigger garden, a greenhouse, more layers, some meat chickens, and maybe eventually a milking cow.

 

  We are excited for our future and looking forward to sharing our fails, adventures, and successes with you!
